Yes! You can click on the present icon in the lower left hand corner of your screen. Then look under the EARN section.

2. COMPLETE PROFILE: Receive 15 points for completing your profile.

3. BIRTHDAY: Receive 100 points on your birthday.

4. INSTAGRAM: Receive 10 points by following us on Instagram.

5. REFERRAL: Receive 100 points when your friend makes their first purchase.

As long as you continue to shop with us at one of our stores or online and continue to log into your account, your points will continue to grow. Purchases must be deemed valid. Please scroll down to read more about purchases excluded. If you do not make a purchase under the same account within 6 months, your points will reset to 0.

You will receive an email notifying you that you have unlocked an INSIDER REWARDS COUPON. Once this happens, you can claim it through the email and you have 30 days to use it. When a coupon is issued, those points are removed from your total. Example, if you received a 10% off coupon, 250 points will be deducted. If you do not claim your coupon and continue to spend, you will reach a higher tier and unlock a bigger reward.

Shipping, taxes, discounted items are excluded from receiving points. If you use a discount code or deal on a purchase, that purchase is not eligible for INSIDER REWARDS POINTS. It is important to note that if you are in jeopardy of your points expiring, your sale will be deemed ineligible if the sale was discounted. Gift cards are ineligible for points at the time of purchase, but points can be earned at redemption for qualifying purchases.

Points are deducted when you make a return, use them towards claiming a coupon or if they expire (see above for info on why they expire).

Sometimes multiple accounts are created. It is important both online and in the shop, you use the same email address so you can assure all the points are being earned to that account. If you are unsure of which email you used or are concerned you have multiple accounts, please email us at support@threadandseed.com.

ACCOUNT

If you have only used your points in the shop, chances are you do not have an account set up online yet. Use the same email you use in the shop (the inbox you get our notifications from) and click on the present icon on the left side of your screen to create an online account. As long as your info is the same, your points will automatically sync up with what you have from the shop.

Once you have created an online account, you can click the present icon in the lower left hand side of your screen again and it will show you how many points you have, how to redeem them and you can click the EARN tab to learn how to accumulate points other ways such as following us on Instagram, referring friends and more!

In order to get your Insider points, it is important that you have accepted marketing. If you have unsubscribed at any time, your points will not go to your account. In order to fix this, email us at support@threadandseed.com. Also make sure to check your junk mail to assure they are not going into that inbox.

As long as you use the same email address when you login, your points will be combined. On the homepage of ThreadandSeed.com you will see a present icon to the left. Make sure to use that icon in order to log into your account. If you hit that icon a second time, once you are logged in, you will see how many points you currently have and how many you need to unlock your next INSIDER REWARDS COUPON.

Point system is subject to change. Customers only receive points if they sign up to our INSIDER REWARDS PROGRAM. It is the customer’s responsibility to let the sales associate know they want to be in the program or that are already in the program in order to receive points. No manual adjustments. Points are not given during a guest check out online, not valid when purchasing a gift card online, not valid on shipping, discounted items or taxes. If a purchase is returned or a transaction is voided, the points will be subtracted from the point total. Once a coupon is redeemed, the points corresponding with that coupon are taken away from overall total. Coupons may only be used towards the purchase of full priced merchandise and may not be combined with any other offers. Coupons and/or points are not redeemable for cash and have no value unless used in conjunction with this program.
