Let's go through how a typical 90-minute introductory session works. Upon booking, your stylist will reach out to you with a questionnaire which allows them to get to you know your lifestyle and about what you are looking for. It's important that you take the quiz as soon as possible and identify what your Style Palette is! Take the Style Palette Quiz here. Your stylist may ask you a few more questions to ensure the looks they pre-curate for you are great fits!
On the day of the appointment, your stylist will do a 30-minute consult with you to discuss your color profile and body type. This is when she will give you some great style tips and share details on how you can simplify your wardrobe to fit your needs. She will provide a mood board customized just for you and go through pre-selected outfits styled from head-to-toe.
Then it's time to have some fun playing dress up! You'll have 60-minutes to try on looks which will be a mix of the pre-selected outfits and some things that may have caught your eye in the store.
Want to share this appointment with a friend? We love that for you! Your consult will scale down to 15 minutes each and our stylist will set up your fitting rooms for a full 60 minute try-on session right next to each other!

Meet your Stylists
Meet Ashly Apfelbeck, our Store Manager and certified Style Palette Specialist. With a background in bridal styling and a shift to ready-to-wear clothing in 2019, Ashly brings her expertise and keen listening skills to help clients find styles that complement their body shape and make them feel confident and comfortable. She describes her style as contemporary yet classic, always adapting to meet her clients' unique needs.
Meet Tori Loomis, our La Jolla Assistant Manager, is a retail guru with over a decade of experience styling clients for special occasions, vacations, and curated wardrobes. With an extensive retail background, Tori takes pride in understanding her clients' daily lives to create wardrobes that are both comfortable and functional, all while complementing their unique body types.
Your stylist will contact you prior to your appointment and ask you to fill out a questionnaire to define more details about your wardrobe needs and preferences. The stylist will also ask to provide photos so she can better analyze your current style and body shape if this is your first time appointment. A complete wardrobe will be hand-selected prior to the session.
During your session you'll be greeted with your favorite beverage while our stylist shows you your customized color profile and goes through styles that best suit your body shape. The first introductory session includes a 30-consult before the Styling Session begins.
Your first session is $50. For repeat sessions we charge $25 per session.
All fees are waived at checkout if you spend $500+ before taxes on your purchase.
We have a 5 day minimum cancellation policy. Due to the prep required for styling appointments, this fee is non-refundable if the appointment is not cancelled 5 days prior to the appointment date.
