Packaging
For all packages to be shipped, we ship them in our custom 'Someone Thinks You're Special' shipping box. For all packages picked up from our shop, they are curated in a two-piece kraft box perfectly secured with a bow and greenery. See other product views for photos of the packaging. Please note: The wood box is not included, for display purposes only.
This box includes a To/From note card. Please include the message you would like in the "Notes" section at checkout. This will be handwritten in your card to add a special touch!

We offer returns for online orders within 30 days from when the item was received.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
- Mailed back within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
*customer responsible for shipping fees unless it is a manufacturer's defect or we were late on order.
Non-Returnable Items: Lingerie, Clean Beauty, Stationary, Sale or Discounted Items, Shoes, Special Order Items, Used or Worn Merchandise, Items with No tags Attached, Items Purchased In-store.

We offer the option to purchase your item online and pick up the product in the store it is currently stocked in. Please note that if you have multiple items in your cart and the items are not all available in one location, it will automatically not allow you to do an in-store pick up. If you want one individual item, we suggest to place a pick up order per item so our system will give you the option to order it as a pick it up.
