About the Brand
Kara Elise Campbell and Melissa Perez created The Embodiment Deck in 2021 to provide a tool to help women reconnect with their bodies.
This deck of 48 cards is a gorgeously illustrated resource designed to empower users to connect, reflect, and explore. Featuring daily mantras, prompts, and intentions, each card carries a beautiful message aimed at leaving users feeling grounded and at peace.
The deck can be used independently in a daily practice or as a guide with clients and friends.
In 2023, Kara and Melissa shifted their focus to supporting mothers and began developing the new Mama Deck. They are now dedicated to creating resources and tools that support mothers on their journey, embracing all aspects of the mama experience, from chaos to cuddles.
We offer returns for online orders within 30 days from when the item was received.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
- Mailed back within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
