About Haven Flower Farm
Haven Flower Farm is a woman-owned business based out of Kennewick, Washington. They handcraft beeswax candles and vegan artisan soaps. Their beeswax candles are locally sourced (Pacific Northwest), they purify the air, lend a warm sunny glow, and smell amazing. Their soaps have no preservatives, no animal products, and use responsibly sourced oils (and RSPO approved palm oil).
We offer returns for online orders within 30 days from when the item was received.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
- Mailed back within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
*customer responsible for shipping fees unless it is a manufacturer's defect or we were late on order.
