We offer FREE shipping on orders of $150+! We currently ship within the U.S.. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses or multiple addresses. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses please place separate orders.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

We sure do! All in-store pickups default to our South Park shop. If you wish to pick it up in our Banker's Hill location, please contact the South Park store via phone to let them know - 858-433-0950. You can text or call.

Pickups are typically ready within 72 hours subject to product availability. You will be notified via text and/or email when your order is ready for pickup. If you cannot make it to pickup your order within 3 days, please reply to the email or text to let them know when you can pick it up. We cannot hold pickups for more than 10 days.

We offer returns for online orders within 30 days from when the item was received. All returns must meet the following requirements.

- Mailed back within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

*customer responsible for shipping fees unless it is a manufacturer's defect or we were late on delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Lingerie, Clean Beauty, Stationary, Sale or Discounted Items, Shoes, Special Order Items, Used or Worn Merchandise, Items with No tags Attached, Items Purchased In-store.
