SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you use a clean beauty product and are unhappy with the results, we will swap it out for something that works for you within 30 days from when the order was received. Simply email us at Support@ThreadandSeed.com explaining the issue, include the order number and a Beauty Specialist will contact you within 3 business days to suggest a product that will work better.* If you are undecided on other products, you will be issued a gift certificate that can be used for future purchases online.
If the item is defective or it is unopened and you wish to send it back, you may request a return form from Support@ThreadandSeed.com within 10 business days from when the order was received.*
All gift box orders are final sales as products are seasonal and change over frequently.
*Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Thread + Seed unless it is a defective item in which Thread + Seed will send a return label.
Currently we only ship within the USA. Shipping is automatically generated at checkout through USPS. If you require special shipping instructions or would prefer a different carrier, contact us at Support@ThreadandSeed.com.
