Our story began in 2012 when we decided to shop for the holiday season and ended up at a high-end boutique. The decision to enter was to casually browse but we ended up seeing a great piece of jewelry for an awesome deal that was too good to pass up. But in one week, the chain lost its color and the pendant started turning green. We felt so disappointed! We were newlyweds and just out of graduate school, so we were strapped for cash but we believed that this piece could have been an heirloom to last for a long time. That’s where Admiral Row comes in.
We offer returns for online orders within 30 days from when the item was received.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
- Mailed back within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
