About Tortoise Designs
Lauren Santiago is a stationery designer based in Ashburn, Virginia. From wedding cake designer to photographer, she originated as an artist in many different ways. Her minimalistic designs have been refined by not only the wedding industry but as well as curating custom projects and designs for local businesses.
We offer returns for online orders within 30 days from when the item was received.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
- Mailed back within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
*customer responsible for shipping fees unless it is a manufacturer's defect or we were late on order.
